Week 1 Day 6 Crazy Eight Detox - Brown Fat Burns Energy
Today we focused on cardio and legs at the gym.
The cleveland clinic says there are a few ways to add brown fat to your body instead of white adipose tissue. Here are those ways:
- Turn down your thermostat to a lower temperature but not so you are shivering.
- Eat the proper nutrients and stay away from preservatives
- Exercise
We are working on removing beige adipose tissue from our body and building up the white and brown adipose tissue. Everyday of the detox, we exercise using low impact options such as walking, biking and low-weight weight lifting.
