Week 1 Day 5 - Water Intake

For this week, my water is from the broth I make for breakfast, the vitamin water drink I'm taking to add vitamins to my day and the tea I'm drinking.

The mayo clinic has posted that twenty percent of your water intake comes in the form of food not beverages.  Check your diet to see if it fits the recommended amounts.  If it does, you have at least twenty percent of your water intake for the day.

We are on a long detox of our beige adipose.  Make sure you are getting enough nutrients, enough water for your body to function and a low enough calorie intake to burn fat.
