Week 1 Day 3 Health Detox White, Beige, Brown Adipose
The routine this week, after three week ramp-up, is still being tweaked. As an advanced health detoxer, I decided to set up a cardio routine which includes weight lifting and keep my calories around 1000 for this week.
The more muscle you have the higher your metabolic rate and my personal goal is to be around 18 percent body fat.
With the 8 week health detox, we are detoxing beige adipose which may require my body to use the resources found in the white adipose tissue... there isn't enough research on which fat is used first among the two fats. Doctor's know that the brown adipose fat is used by the muscles, so building muscles and doing cardio will be using up the brown, white and hopefully beige fat during the health detox.
For the POC, I will be doing the detox twice 2 - 8 week sessions and I will be done with the two detoxes by December 20th.
There is no best way to test for beige adipose percentages at this time. The best gauge for the health detox is being able to get rid of stubborn fat that you did not have before and just sits there... that is the adipose fat we are targeting with this detox.
