Week 1 Day 2 - Even Professionals have issues with the last seven pounds

I just finished watched a video clip about a fitness coach who did not reach her goal.  The fitness coach was seven pounds heavier than her previous weight.  The coach gained weight to lose it eating junk food and when losing weight did not lose the last seven pounds.  She worked out for three months and failed.

The clip did not share her specific diet except her daily green juice.  If you decide to add juice to your detox, please make sure that the juice does not have too much fruit or additional protein powder.  If you want to add fruit to your detox, drink a water with some fruit juice or a piece of fruit.

If you are working out to lose weight but are not watching your calories, you may find the extra seven pounds are just not leaving.  Contact your heath coach for assistance to tackle beige adipose fat.
