For the readers of the Crazy Eight Detox book and online course, there are agreements to fill out and sign. One agreement is only binding to yourself making sure you understand what are your detox goals.  the other paperwork includes a checklist that readers need to go through before starting the health detox and paperwork they need to have in place.

The book and course are not health coaching but educational resources.
