Day I. Week I. Health Detox

Welcome to POC day 1 of Crazy Eight Detox. 

We have gone through a three week ramp up to the health detox to set a routine.  The focus of the health detox is to get rid of beige adipose fat which holds chemicals etc.  To get to this fat, we have to burn off our happy fat which has just protein and carbs.

For day one,  I am keeping calories under 1k. if you are working out you will burn through more fat than if you are being sedentary.  If you are not used to working out, start by standing for four hours without leaning.  You will burn 400 calories by standing for four hours.
